J-219 General Dynamics F-16A Block 1 Royal Netherlands Air Force 10 JUne 2016

This Block 1 F-16 is used as an instruction airframe. Delivered to the Royal Netherlands Air Force in 1980. One of the oldest F-16's in the Netherlands this one comes from the initial order J-212 to J-223. J-212 to J-218 are either scrapped, written off or preserved.

First appearance in on an airshow in Europe. The latest addition to the Royal Netherlands Air Force the F-35. The successor of the F-16 is rolling to the start position to join 10 F-16's during the Air Power demo. This airframe rolled out on March 2, 2013 and the first flight was on June 27, 2013. Together with her sistership F-001 these aircraft were deployed for a short time to The Netherlands.
