The Socata TB are a series light single engine piston aircraft manufactured by Socata and designed in the late 1970s. The letters TB in the name stand for Tarbes, a city in the south of France where the aircraft is manufactured. There are two flying schools in The Netherlands that operate the Socata TB series Martinair Flying school and A.I.S. Flight Academy, both are based at Lelystad.
